One of our greatest strengths at ETHOS Adventures is our amazing staff team. They are dynamic, responsible, skillful, funny, and fair. The team are well trained and equipped to lead groups both outdoors and in the homestays.

Founder of ETHOS, Phil is an experienced teacher with years of classroom experience. As head of department in a top British grammar school, Phil  arranged regular fieldtrips, both in the UK & abroad. Now based full time in Sapa, Phil has a passion for the outdoors & the natural environment.

Company director, Hoa graduated from Hanoi University of Culture. With  many years of tourism experience, Hoa is an expert when it comes to organising experiential travel experiences for people of any age and background.

Mother of two, Ker is a vastly experience tour guide who has been working with travellers for over a decade.  From the Hmong ethnic minority, she loves the outdoors and takes pride in sharing her culture with others.

Cha is an inspirational teenager and a role model for Hmong youth in our geographical area.  Born into hardship, Cha has blossomed into a leader and thrives when running health & hygiene workshops in the community.
