ETHOS – Spirit of the Community is a women-led social enterprise based in Sa Pa, northern Vietnam. We work alongside Hmong, Red Dao, Giáy, Tày and other ethnic minority communities to create responsible tourism experiences that support local families, protect cultural heritage and expand opportunities for young women. Through private trekking, community-based travel, education, skills training and long-term apprenticeship programmes, ETHOS connects visitors with the people and landscapes of northern Vietnam in a respectful, meaningful and sustainable way.
