For more than twenty-five years, ETHOS has believed that responsible tourism should create lasting opportunities for local communities. Our new apprenticeship programme is the next step in that journey, combining education, professional training and community leadership to help prepare the next generation of women working in community-based tourism across northern Vietnam.
