The apprenticeship began in September 2026, and this page will grow alongside Pang and Sinh throughout their 30-month journey.
Shared Programme Updates will document the lessons, workshops, field visits, assessments and important milestones they experience together.
The individual sections will follow each apprentice as she develops her own skills, interests, confidence and professional direction.
Updates will be shared with the apprentices’ knowledge and approval. They will celebrate progress, reflect honestly on difficulties and respect what each young woman chooses to keep private.
