Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
Help Make Their Full Journey Possible
Pang, Ta May and Sinh have each earned a place on a 30-month programme combining formal education, English, tourism, digital skills, workplace training and professional qualifications.
ETHOS has committed to supporting them through the full journey. Donations will help provide the stable home, education, practical training and personal support required to make that commitment possible.
Three young women. Thirty months. Four qualifications. One shared commitment.

How donations are managed
How the Shared Fund Works
All donations enter one shared programme fund managed by ETHOS. The fund is used to meet the agreed education, accommodation, living, training and professional-development costs of all three apprentices.
Donations are not allocated according to which apprentice receives the most attention online. Each apprentice will receive the support promised to her throughout the programme.
ETHOS will publish regular financial and programme updates so supporters can see what has been funded, what has been completed and what remains ahead.
Trust and transparency
Our Commitment to Supporters
donations used only for the apprenticeship programme
regular funding updates
progress reports
transparent explanation of major expenditure
no donor entitlement to private contact
apprentice consent and privacy protected
no artificial cultural performances or repeated disclosure of hardship
Support creates opportunity. It does not purchase access to the apprentices, their families or their communities.
